Does this system integrate with our current Resident Billing/Accounting System?
FullCount can be customized to create the correct export file which can be imported in most third party billing/accounting systems. We will help you find out what the correct export file is.

Our Residents have choices of different meal plans; does FullCount accommodate this flexibility?
Yes, FullCount allows you to set up different meal plans for each individual resident. If your facility has a unique request for a meal plan, FullCount can be customized to accommodate it.

Can FullCount handle guest meals, or carry over meals?
Yes, FullCount allows residents to purchase meals for their guests. In addition, if your community allows for carry over meals, FullCount can easily monitor a resident’s monthly purchases and calculate carry over for the following months.

Can I access the FullCount system from home, or do I have to use the same computer at work?
Anywhere you have a computer with a connection to the Internet, you can access FullCount.

Our facility allows residents a choice between different dinning rooms; does FullCount accommodate the transactions from different locations?
Yes, FullCount can allow residents to travel between different locations to purchase meals as part of their meal plan.

We offer discounts to employees and to guests meal purchases if residents have carry over, can FullCount handle this request?
Yes, FullCount will allow for discounts to employees or towards guest meal purchases.
