Meals and dining room managmentFullCount provides a comprehensive solution for managing meal plans, dining room orders and transactions. FullCount is flexible enough to accommodate communities of all different size, and can work with a variety of unique dining room set ups, and fixed meal or allowance spending plans.

Touchscreen Entry

The wait staff uses the FullCount touchscreen system for identifying residents and entering orders. Orders can print to the kitchen and bar and receipts can be printed for the resident. The touchscreen can be used for cook to order dining or any type of fixed meal or allowance plan.

Menu Ordering Features:

  • Allows wait staff to simply enter orders by touching the items displayed on a 'restaurant style' touchscreen monitor.
  • Menu items can easily be configured and populated to the touchscreen by the administrator
  • Table and seat numbers can be identified
  • Multiple menus supported for different locations
  • Split ticketing: allows you to divide the bill for different people at the same table
  • Requisition printing: can instantly print order tickets to the kitchen, bar or other service areas
  • Receipt printing (optional)
  • Receipt customization - optionally display remaining account balances, meal plan usage, overages, a signature line or other relevant information. Click here to view receipt examples.
  • View reports on resident meal preferences: How are new menu items performing?, What dishes are most popular?, etc.
  • Automatic menu cycling to ensure the correct menu items only appear on the touchscreen on the correct day
  • Manage inventory and food supplies

Fixed Meal/Allowance Plan Features:

  • Accommodates all types of meal policies and plans (including carry–over meals, guest meals, credits for unused resident meals, etc.)
  • Different guest meal types and charges can be user–specified (breakfast, dinner, lunch, Sunday buffet, children's meals, holidays, events, etc.)
  • Supports miscellaneous charges (e.g., alcoholic drinks, tray services, catering charges, etc.)
  • Ability to associate multiple plans to a single resident
  • Ability to prorate credit for partial months
  • Items can be specified as eligible or ineligible (e.g., soda "included", liquor "not included")
  • Non–dining (or non food) transactions can be separate and will not interfere with account balances
  • Flex plans can be set up to allow unused meals (or money) to be rolled over to the next month
  • Plans can be set for employees to establish food allowances and track charges
