Implementation and Support Specialist
If you are a recent or soon to be college graduate, FullCount is looking for talented individuals to join our team! All majors are encouraged to apply. Due to the fast growth of our company, we are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our software company. FullCount is located in Ankeny, Iowa and offers a fun, casual and team-oriented work environment. The position offers the opportunity to travel nationally and use your communication and project management skills to support our customers and implement the FullCount software. You don’t have to be a computer geek. If you can operate your phone, like the challenge of working with computers and enjoy problem solving, you can acquire the “techy” knowledge along the way.
FullCount has an opening for a Software Developer to work with the development team to develop and modify the FullCount software. Software Developers participate in analysis, program design, coding, and other application programming tasks needed to enhance and maintain the software product. Software Developers are also responsible for documentation and testing of their work. We are a Linux, Apache, Oracle, Java stack environment.
The Support Specialist will showcase exceptional customer service delivering support for a variety of questions and issues related to the FullCount product to ensure successful, sustainable and long-term partnerships with clients. They will become an expert on the software, hardware, and networking solutions used as part of the solution. They will be the first line of communication to the clients with respect to support tasks and will leverage resources as necessary to ensure quality and satisfaction. When not directly working on support tasks, the Support Specialist will assist with project work including data manipulation, documentation and communication. They will also participate in other tasks as necessary including analysis, program testing, and support documentation within an operations team.
Inbound Marketing Representative
We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the inbound marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of interacting with prospects, graduating those prospects into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads so that sales can close the leads into customers. A knowledge of Hubspot and Facebook is a plus, but we will train you if needed. Great personality, a passion for helping people and solving their inconveniences or pain is a must!
