FullCount Install at The Village at Woods Edge

When The Village at Woods Edge approached FullCount, they were facing some unique challenges, including labor constraints and the need to optimize their operations while enhancing the resident experience. We knew we were up to the task, and together with the amazing team at Morrison Living, we were determined to make a real difference!

We deployed POS terminals and tablets for table-side ordering, making transactions faster and smoother for both residents and employees. We also introduced a unified resident portal that brings together resident account information, online ordering, and reservations all in one place!

The success of this project is thanks to Yuma West, the project's dedicated implementer and the unwavering support of the community team and leadership.


"Yuma has been great.  We had four Zoom calls leading up to her arrival and subsequent go-live with the system.  We were all well aware of what to expect on the go-live date.  Her training with the FOH and BOH staff the day before go-live was very thorough.
